Description:



This is a family housing for a single woman and her daughter.

We got a limited budget but we give to her a very nice distribution:



 _A living area connect with the kitchen by a breakfast area, created a single social zone.

 _Two bedrooms.

 _A petit studio.

 _Bathroom.

 _Garage.

 _Backyard.



All the spaces are distribuited on the right way to reduce cost. For example the bathroom are next to a hall to get nice ventilation avoiding overhead slab building. The bedrooms are opposite in the construction for the same effect: nice ventilation and ilumination.



The house gets over 80% work done. The first stage is about building all the "grey work" and the second one is for finishes details and garage construction.

Descripción:



Vivienda unifamiliar para una mujer soltera y su hija.

Se posee un presupuesto limitado pero le damos una muy buena distribución:



 _Sala conectada con la cocina por un desayunador, creando un único espacio social.

 _Dos dormitorios.

 _Un pequeño estudio.

 _Un baño completo.

 _Garaje.

 _Patio amplio.



Todos los espacios están distribuidos de la mejor manera para reducir costos. Por ejemplo, el cuarto de baño está al lado de un pasillo para conseguir una ventilación agradable evitando construir una losa cenital. Las habitaciones son opuestas en la construcción para el mismo efecto: agradable ventilación e iluminación.



La vivienda queda con más del 80% de trabajo realizado. La primera etapa consiste en la construcción de toda la "obra gris" y, la segunda es para los acabados finales y la construcción del garaje.
